Assignments
Each belt level has two assignments. Upon completion of each assignment you are awarded a stripe for your belt. One assignment will be free (no fee) and the other will require a $10 fee as it must be reviewed by a sensei. Once reviewed and passed, you will be notified and may add a stripe to your belt. You should consider assignments as a "progress check". This is a way for you, as a student and for me as your instructor to gauge your progress as you move towards your next belt level.

10th Kyu - No Belt
These are assignments are "no fee" and are a way to show a level of involvement and use of the tools available.

4th Kyu - Purple Belt

Assignment #2:

Test Submission
When you are ready to submit your exam for belt progression, please click the button below and remember that there is a waiting period of 4 weeks between passing a test and being able to submit your next test. To submit a test: Record your test and upload as an Unlisted video on YouTube. Once your video has been uploaded, send the link to shotokanuniversityonline@yahoo.com with the subject line, "White Belt Exam - John Doe", replacing your name in the place of "John Doe" and the belt level you're testing for in place of "White Belt". Once your test has been reviewed, you will be notified.
